HEAR ME ROAR

An Evening of Permission

There are things the body knows how to carry.

And there are things it was never meant to carry forever.

Anger that had nowhere to go.
Grief that couldn't be expressed.
Resentment that grew quietly.
Frustration swallowed day after day.
The ache of constantly being the one who understands, accommodates, forgives, and keeps the peace.

Sometimes healing isn't about understanding it better.

Sometimes you need to let it move.

What if you didn't have to hold it anymore?

The Ritual

Hear Me Roar is an evening ritual of embodied expression and release, held outdoors on private land and surrounded by natural beauty, with Mother Earth holding us as we create room for whatever wants to come through.

We will create a space where anger has permission to exist and be heard.

We'll begin by grounding into our bodies and connecting with the space around us. You'll be guided into the experience with grounding and clear structure.

Then we'll turn up the music and give ourselves permission to express.

You might:

Scream.
Stomp.
Move.
Shake.
Laugh.
Cry.
Make noise.
Hit an object.
Be still.
Breathe.
Release.

Or do none of those things.

Everything is optional.

There is no pressure to scream.
No pressure to cry.
No pressure to “go deep.”
No pressure to perform your pain.

You can go as big or as small as you need.

All emotions are welcome.

You are in charge of your own participation.

Closing + Integration

Together we will close by grounding, sharing, and integrating what moved through us.

Then we'll have tea and a light snack.

Afterwards, for those who feel called can go down to the river and allow the waters to bathe and cleanse.

What Might Be Waiting For You

Maybe you'll leave feeling lighter.

Maybe you'll cry.

Maybe you'll laugh.

Maybe you'll discover something underneath the anger:

your voice.
your boundaries.
your power.
your permission.

Maybe you'll think:

“Holy shit. I needed that.”
